[Build 7600 - RTM] Wrong font size in Manage your encryption certificates wizard

The wizard for exporting encryption certificate (Manage your encryption certificates) presents a very large font where most wizards use a smaller one.

Unify the experience by reducing the size of a font in this window.

However it not uses wrong font style, it uses wrong font _size_.
