Also, that add new users button looks like XP's
Its vista/7. XP's were a bit fatter and shorter. The yellow guy and a black guy as the users.

Yeah, but its still the same style, that was first introduced with XP.
I agree with litemininyuszika, the new UAC icon is much better!
