CD Error when Autolaunch program still active & CD ejected

Submitted by Daemonmonkey on March 10, 2010 to Annoyance, Usability

When an autostarted program is active after you inserted a CD with Autoplay, and then you eject the CD without ending the program and then try to end/continue program the error notification pops up, telling you (correctly) that the CD i s missing.

The problem is that you cannot click cancel and end the program, the dialog keeps popping up until you either have clicked 1 million times, or ended the program via Task manager.

Make the dialog supreme and if I click Cancel that means the CD is not there so end the program.

I've never understood why "Cancel" and "Continue" seem to do the same thing here. Your solution makes sense.
