Windows Basic theme still has the ugly cyan line

As the screenshot proves it. Windows Vista basic still has that ugly cyan line.

Fix it, or better yet take these in to consideration

They really need to change the baby blue colour of the windows, or at least make it customizable.

That color is really ugly, but it's called sky blue—at least by Windows—, not baby blue. For Aero users—for the Sky color—, you can get a nicer shade if you put color intensity on maximum. It may be better for Basic. Customization is also very needed!
