Windows Disc Image burner aero wizard style

Even though it doesn't use the wizard97 style, the Windows Disc Image burner dialog looks plain boring to me. Why can't it use the aero wizard style though, like the CD writing wizard?

Make the Windows Disc Image burner aero wizard style similar to shown in the picture below. (And with a title in the title bar obviously, that was just a mockup, and I forgot to remove the "to import" part from the "Select a file" text).

How do you pop this dialog? I tried right clicking an .iso and opening it, it popped with aero and looks somewhat different.

This is a Aero Wizard, and follows the guidelines so I do not se a problem with it.
