Resize and Skew in paint has legacy icons

In Paint, the resize and skew dialog has old legacy icons and the over all design is old.

Therre should also be a button to define "Crop", "Resize", "Smooth resize"

all of paint is different. i miss the file/edit/view/image dropdowns up top. things are hard enough as is... i think paint is terrible in win 7 and personally do not mind an old icon or two. cannot think of a simpler way to put < > size and ^ v size

why? everything you need is in the ribbion. no need for silly menu items, as they are in the ribbion!

and windows 7 is a morden OS, so it should have mordern icons. Remember you can have < > ^ V as mordern too
