Trying to uninstall program while a different one is being uninstalled also... dialog

The current dialog has a legacy XP-era icon. The icon also looks like it's a 24-bit icon since it has no support of a alpha channel.

Replace the icon to one that not only looks like the 7 icon design but also has 32bit icon support.
