Put in an auto CD drive option for windows media centre and media player

Nero has this cool app were it slows your CD drive down so you can wath movies and music on CD/DVD in peace, without having anoying drive noises.

Put in an option to slow down the disk drive automaticly when your playing a CD/DVD in WMP or WMC. and turn it back up when your not viewing it.
