Classic and Basic Theme slower than Aero

Problem: The classic (and Basic) theme is slower than Aero, due to not being hardware accelerated I think. There's no reason this should be, especially when in XP was fast.

This would probably demoted for no reason, and I can hear the responses : "time to move on" and "let's force everyone use the new UI" and a sardonic laugh "hahaha"

But in fact it's a matter of user preferences. How would you feel if you will be forced to use a certain color for your car ?

Or should we force everyone to use a new and improved Digital Watch ? OUt with the old analog clocks ?

Solution: Add hardware accelerated Classic Theme.
