More snipping tool tools
The snipping tool is great as far as it goes, but it really needs some basic editing features to maximize it's usefulness. A circle/ellipse tool to highlight things in the screen capture, a text tool to be able to add text bubbles or text boxes to call attention to things, and a straight line tool. Anything to prevent me from having to add the extra steps of pasting into paint for the most minor tweaks before actually being able to paste the image into another application or save it. I can't "draw" very well with the mouse, which makes the screen captures with the free-hand pen look really amateurish. Multi-level Undo is also required.
Add additional tools to the current tools, including ellipse/circle (hold down shift or control to constraint to circle), rectangle or box (hold down shift or control to constrain to a square), Text box (for adding text, with optional colored text, colored or transparent background, box outline, etc... defaults to just text on a transparent background with no outline), undo/redo, and "hilight box" rather than just the hilight pen.

At the very least, a nice integration with Paint (a menu option to "Edit" that would allow you to directly send the image to Paint (or perhaps an application of your choosing) without having to save it to a file first, or struggle with copy/paste behavior would be nice.
A screen snipping tool is a fundamental and central part of the OS and shouldn't be treated as some orphaned quirk of the XP Tablet experiment. It's a really good tool as it is now. A few enhancements and it would be a world-class tool. I use it daily, and really wish it had additional options almost every day.
