Cannot easily move window with many Quick Access icons

Problem: When a user places a long Quick Access toolbar on the window title bar of Word or Wordpad documents, the portion of the title bar that can be used for moving the window becomes very small. This is annoying in day to day use ('misclicks', spending time finding the 'grabable' part of the title bar).

Solution: Make a click-and-drag on any Quick Access tool buttons act as a 'window move' command. There currently is no click-and-drag functionality for toolbar buttons, so mapping this to 'move window' would not inhibit any existing behavior, while making window moving much easier.
