Change color of right-click menu to something more modern.

The right-click menu in Windows feels extremely outdated. While the rest of Windows 7 has lighter colors and generally looks nice, the right-click menu is the same beige color as it has been for ages.

Change the color of the right-click menu to that of either Office 2010 or the Windows 7 jump lists. (Actually, the new versions of Paint and WordPad have them as well.)
