Opening up a video or audio file in winodws media player never shows the play list

Submitted by pyrates on August 1, 2009 to Annoyance, Usability

When opening up a video or audio file, I could previously set the play list to be shown permanently. Now what happens is that it only shows up if I right click and choose the option show list. But upon closing it, it doesn't show up the next time so I gotta keep selecting it.

I understand there are those who don't want the list but they can just hide it then.

Include it as an option that once I enable it, it stays enabled.
