[7600 64bit] Notepad causing system lock up

If Notepad is pinned to the taskbar, open it then type or paste in whatever then select either Save or Save as from the file menu and it will lock the computer solid. Mouse will be unresponsive, the whole nine yards.

Pretty severe and definitely needs a few brave souls to test this for themselves to confirm.

Maybe something wrong with the permissions, I really haven't a clue.
