This is the Vista one http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/2162/vistahelpiconbythoosjewe5.jpg

Both are almost the same, the vista one is glossier, segoue for the ? and a thin white border. XP was a bit more cartoon-ish, lighter blue, thrbuchet or what ever for the ? and a thicker white border.
