Dual monitor gadget behaviour.

When running dual monitors, if you have gadgets on the secondary monitor, then disable that monitor, for example to play a game. When you re-enable the monitor after a shut down, or restart 90% of the time the gadgets stay where they were moved to on the primary screen.

Remember where the gadgets were placed before disabling the secondary screen, then return them to the secondary screen once it is re-enabled.
