Due to the stupidity of Long (that's me), all comments on the Windows 7 Taskforce after March has been lost.

Mouse Setting for Middle Button (Desktop PC or External Mouse)

There is no setting for Middle click Mouse button.

We have to use external drivers to get setting for Middle button click.

e.g. Double click, Page Zoom, Universal Scroll, Auto scroll etc..

Why is it not present in Control Panel Mouse setting?

you can check all hardware settings are old, no improvement in Mouse Specially.

Improve internal drivers for mouse sttings, All available setting are pretty old since windows 98.

Suggestion can be seen in Screenshot of External Generic driver application, which can be used for any scroll mouse.
