Bring back DreamScene video wallpapers

Submitted by thommck on June 30, 2009 to Aesthetics

Even if you upgrade from Vista Ultimate, the ability to use videos for a desktop wallpaper is unavailable.

I can, kind of, understand why Microsoft don't won't to continue with supporting DreamScene and new content packs with the whole Ultimate Extras debacle but I personally think it looks really cool to have a subtle video wallpaper.
Why not include it as an option?
People seem to think it's a resource hog but I never found it so but I guess a lot of people judge without using it.

From the Microsoft Vista site
" Windows DreamScene and content packs
Your desktop comes alive when you download DreamScene and content packs. Ditch your still photo or picture slide show background and replace it with a high definition video. Windows Vista Ultimate now offers an exclusive Windows clip, three vivid nature scenes, and other video content packs to download as options for your background. Or use your own video to truly personalize the Windows experience."

All they need to do is allow me to right click an *.avi or *.wmv file and select "Set as Desktop Background"
