some windows have animation while others do not.

Problem: -Under "my computer" and click on the "system properties"
There is a animation for the side tool bar.

-To the right of "system properties" click "uninstall or change program.
no animations at all.

- in start menu go to "device and printers"
you notice an animation for the tool bar.
-other windows with similar layout do not have this animations

there are probably more of these small Inconsistencies all over windows.
they may be small but they will really have negative effects on window 7 quality.

Solution: -take these animations out
-or add them in and make them better cuz the current ones are clunky.

Consistency is the key.
