Ugly blue line remains in Aero Basic

Windows 7 mercifully removed the nasty blue line from the bottom and right borders of focused Aero windows. Unfortunately, it remains in Aero Basic.

From top to bottom, the screenshots are of Aero in Windows 7, Aero in Windows Vista and Aero Basic in Windows 7.

Remove the blue line from Aero Basic windows.

The Windows 7 Aero theme that appears during the Windows 7 installation also has that blue line.

Microsoft, what is your problem?
The only way to remove that line is by using a resource editor and editing the Aero.msstyles file, located in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero.
