Gadget Lock
After placing gadgets, it is possible to accidentally move them.
When you right click on the taskbar you can choose "lock the taskbar" This should also lock the gadgets so that the little black "menu" on the right side won't appear when you mouse over, as well as make it so the gadgets can't by moved.
I guess this could also be a separate setting as well. It just makes sense that we should be able to lock em in place.
