Double-clicking Safely Remove Hardware icon doesn't do what it's supposed to do
When you right-click on Safely Remove Hardware, the item "Open Devices and Printers" is bold, indicating that when double-clicking the icon will open Devices and Printers. But when you actually double-click it, it just opens the menu.
Either remove the bold text or open Devices and Printers.
