AWFUL envoirenment variables dialog

Simple problem: this dialog is outdated and does not match Aero UI style.

Update it to match aero UI style guidelines, or remove it completely (I dont know if anyone dares touching this dialog without breaking things!)

UPDATE: See my mockup for this dialog. (It took me some time doing, so please be polite. )
