Problem: You should be able to report or flag a suggestion for abuse

Solution: Report suggestion link should be made,
you must make a report statement

Advantages
- be able to gain insight into why the suggestion is abusive (for moderator)
- 'stupid' or 'spam' (whatever is off topic or abusive) suggestions may be taken down quicker

Disadvantages
- this report system could be abused (e.g. someone could report the suggestion for no good reason, and do it numerously) (e.g. a 'good' suggestion might be reported)
