Jumplist positioning is inconsistent relative to mouse click.

Submitted by magicalhobo on May 17, 2009 to Annoyance, Usability

In previous version of windows, and anywhere besides jumplists in windows 7, right click brings up a menu next to your mouse. This gives you a consistent distance to any known item, and enables you to do it fast, or even without looking. Jumplists work for touch interfaces, but for people still using a mouse, it now requires some attention to hit what you want.

Jumplists should show up where you click when using a mouse. Or, right-click should give you a standard menu, since you can get to jumplists using the drag up gesture.
