Start Menu folder icons anomoly

In 7100 I've noticed the transfer icon appearing when hovering or clicking through my programs list folders in the Start men. Behaviour seems to occur mostly when opening a program folder and then moving the mouse by hovering over different program folders which causes the normal folder icon to be replaced by this transfer icon.
