UI inconsistency/usability issue in setting up a connection

There is no back button next to the forward button as one is used to on the windows platform. The only way to go back is the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen. Very counter intuitive.

Add a back button next to the next button.

Additionally, remove the back arrow in the top left corner.
