I have "Store and Display Recently Opened Programs in the Start Menu" disabled on porpoise, so that I can use that space to place my own applications.

Ex. I put my mostly used applications in my taskbar (such as gmail, facebook, Call of Duty, Google Wave and Windows Media Player) and important applications but that I don't use that often in the Start Menu, above "All Programs" (such as Visual Studio, MSSQL, Word, Excel, Projects and some browsers).

Perhaps the option wouldn't be such a bad idea 'cuz I've people tell me this before.

Something like this perhaps: http://oxbowc.webs.com/TaskBar.png

P.S. I know the font is not the same but I used paint.... :D
