Power Button action should be color coded

In the start menu you can chose to decide what the power button will do.(either shut down, reboot, log off/switch user, sleep) but on all of them the button is faded, and the contrast is off.

go back to the vista style, but be color coded according to the option you chose.

Ruby Red - Shut down
Emerald Green - Restart
Gold - Log off/Switch User
Navy Blue - Sleep/hibernate

That's a nice idea. The current menu is too bland and out of place anyways without any icons or colors.
