taskbar draw problem when superbar disabled and taskbar on top
in rc1 build 7100 the taskbar does not draw itself correctly when its placed on top and using small icons. see attached image. it does always show that blur shadow and places itself over other applications.
placing taskbar on bottom resize and shrink it and move it back to top fixes the problem for the actual session. logoff and logon brings it back.
this is a bug.. go figure :-P older win7 builds didnt do that
