improve color layout for currently using task icon

Taskbar color layout too bad.
If you using light color desktop background, you will don't know what is the using task icon.
Its brightness too high, so looks too blurred when light color desktop background.
Currently using task icon is recognize hard when light color desktop background.

There should be an option to make active icon (taksbar button) dark instead of bright. Light color for many years was frequently associated with inactive or disabled. Even now active window has darker title bar and borders than inactive windows. So when I have 2 programs running (so 2 taskbar buttons) I frequently make mistake which one of them is the active one!
