Help and support lacks proper themeing and placements

Problem: 01.) The back and forward buttons have an akward spacing between them
02.) They both lack the aggregator found on other back/forward buttons
03.) The search box is in a differant location that in other windows
04.) The toolbar is in a different location that in some other windows
05.) The toolbar uses a hybrid icon/text design

Solution: 01.) Remove the gap
02.) Use the same aggregator found in Windows/Internt Explorer
03.) Keep the search bar top right
04.) Swap the toolbar to where it should be
05.) Use the same text layout found everywhere else
XX.) Optionaly drop the glass like in Explorer(s)
