A standard dictionary application

Wouldn't it be nice to have a dictionary app included with windows,
with a thesaurus, spell check and a synonym and antonym finder. its easier to use than a physical dictionary. Microsoft does publish a dictionary but its included with MS Encarta.

(i am aware it could cause problems with existing dictionary publication companies)
