Bring back MS Sam, and possible some new Text-to-Speech voices

Anna is old and I personally never enjoyed the voice. We need some new voices. I also propose that MS Sam is brought back. The ever loved text-to-speech synthesized voice. It brought us the roflcopter, and the steamloller. I always love playing around with the text-to-speech with Sam, but Sam died when Vista came out. Even if we don't get sam we still need more than 1 option for the voices.

Add more than 1 TTS voice for Windows. Also it is current impossible to add Sam back to vista/7. Please bring back Sam or allow us to use older TTS engines.
