Stand-alone Pin Recycle Bin to Taskbar

Currently, Recycle Bin was Pinned of the Windows Explorer Jumplist.
It is very unhandy. Because the Recycle Bin is a frequently used module.
But put on desktop often covered with other window...

Stand-alone Pin Recycle Bin to Taskbar (default).
With not show Recycle Bin icon on desktop (default).
Of course, you can Unpin this Recycle Bin from taskbar.

I would like to have the "Recycle Bin"-icon at the most right position in the taskbar - instead of having the viewdesktop-button
