keep Menu Selected Item color layout consistency for Windows 7

1)
to improve Appliaction Menu Selected Item color. (discriminated Appliaction Menu color very difficult, looked vague.)
There is no consistency between the Start Menu and the Appliaction Menu.
To keep Start Menu and Appliaction Menu Selected Item color style consistency, like Windows XP.

2)
Windiows Explorer Menu Selected Item has 2 color layout styles in Windows7.
Please keep Selected Item color layout consistency for Menu.
Why the 'Include in libary' used another color layout?

This does look interesting....also Win7 needs to get rid of that stupid 1 px dotted border when things are selected using the keyboard...
