[7057] Text fields hidden when adding a new credential [fixed]

Try this:
- open Credential Manager
- add any of the three types of credentials (generic, Windows or certificate-based)

The text fields are hidden and only appear when you hover over them with the mouse or navigate with the Tab key.

I haven't seen this in earlier builds (7000 and 7022).
