"Some Start menu items can't be displayed" balloon is misaligned

Try this: Set the number of recent programs to display to a high number and then open the Start menu. The balloon is misaligned.
Also, the balloon seems a little too wide...

Align it properly.
Make a line break in the middle of the message.

Both are wrong anyway but at least Vista's balloon is more comfortable to read.

It seems this balloon is removed in build 7057, though I need more testing.
