Tool tips still have white pixels at the corners

@LarryOsterman: It appears only on some tool tips. I think there are 4 or 5 different types of tool tips in Windows 7 now, some do have perfect round corners.

This is also in Vista.

Funny. I've seen white pixels in Start menu's tooltip after reading it, but not now.
