Net limiter pro 2 only can install with the compatibility with windows xp service pack 2.
But when O power on the coimputer it restarts all time.

I think that a basically feature of windows 7 will be the compatibility.
Yes but this here is an application's technical problem. The Taskfroce is mainly for UX design problems. I don't think you will find a solution here. Try the app's developer's forums, or a newsgroup, to have more chances of your question answered..
