Recolor the purple menubar to match the command bar in explorer and other places

The menu bars still use the color (sometimes called pale blue) from Windows Vista. I think this purple color doesn't fit very well. Why not use the baby blue used in the command bar of the Windows Explorer and in many other places?

Use the color of the command bar from Windows Explorer in application's menubars, too.
