Media Center: mute audio should not mute the whole system

Problem: It's annoying if you want to only mute the audio of Media Center, e.g. to listen to a website video while there are ads on TV.

Solution: Suggested solutions:
a) behavior like in WMP
b) full system wide mute only in full screen mode

Severity: Low

Impact: Medium

Status: Not fixed
