Update System Restore to use the Aero Wizard style

System Restore currently uses a wizard that is halfway between Wizard 97 and the new Windows Vista style - it uses nice Vista icons and a Segoe UI header, but the rest is old. I'm surprised it hasn't been updated already - it's something that a lot of people will see.

Update it to the new wizard style. See my mockup.
