Add Printer Driver wizard features Wizard 97 in action

Submitted by nyp on January 21, 2009 to Annoyance, Legacy, Usability

Right-click a printer, choose Printer Properties, switch to Advanced tab, click on "New Driver..."
You get a dialog that calls itself a "wizard", where it only just contains one step.

Use Device Manager's Update Driver Software wizard instead.

Changed title from [Add Printer Driver doesn't need a useless wizard that contains one step only] to [Add Printer Driver wizard features Wizard 97 in action].
Changed solution description.
