Add Printer Driver wizard features Wizard 97 in action

Right-click a printer, choose Printer Properties, switch to Advanced tab, click on "New Driver..."
You get a dialog that calls itself a "wizard", where it only just contains one step.

Use Device Manager's Update Driver Software wizard instead.
