Sound devices mgmt need a revamp. DO IT.

Problem: QA time.
When displaying two audio devices next to the task tray by left clicking the speaker icon, I can't set a default audio device without opening a new faking winder.

Solution: I want to set the default audio device by right click > set default on the device image; after left clicking the speaker icon next to the task tray.

Severity: High

Impact: High

Status: Not fixed
