WMP12 Bug - Fix Library Removal Bug - WMP12 Directory Bug

Problem: Upon removing Windows 7 Libraries via Registry you will encounter problems attempting to select a directory for your rips or recordings in WMP12 (Verified) and possibly WMC (Not Verified)..

Please verify this bug before rating!..

Solution: Re-Enable Libraries to perform rips..
