Provide an option to prevent WMP from importing my Pictures and Videos libraries

Problem: I hate that WMP tries to import my ENORMOUS picture library in the background, without asking me first. I don't use it as a freaking picture viewer, I only want it to play music!

Solution: Just provide an option to choose which libraries to import

Change the purple toolbar background

Problem: Seriously... it just doesn't match the rest of the OS. You've done a great job making Windows 7's layout more consistent so far, why not tweaking it a little more?

Solution: The IE's bluish toolbar background would have fit much better... just look at it.

Make Windows Explorer's menu bar respect appearance settings
