dont ask for administrative permission if logged in as administrator

pretty self explanatory, i hate installing an application and being told i need administrative powers to do that. i end up just right clicking on the exe and hitting "run as administrator" anyway.. its really annoying when you have a dozen programs (more...)

im running windows beta and i dont know if it has been fixed in RC1, but when i open up the hidden icons menu, sometimes old icons are there and then disapear half a second later when windows realizes the program isnt running anymore, like windows update, (more...)

it serves no real purpose, but if microsoft were to make the command prompt have a glassy background, it would make it seem less like a system application, more polished and happy.
