[suggestion] Customizing folder background picture & color by GUI

Problem: WinXP only support customizing folder background picture, But need edit desktop.ini in root directory.
Other OS (Macosx, linux desktop, etc) support customizing folder background picture & color.
Why the Win7 not support?

Solution: support customizing folder background picture & color by GUI.

[suggestion] bootscreen delete "Starting Windows" text for other language

Problem: If you use Japanese / Chinese / Korean / Thai / Other Language.
In FULLSCREEN look bootscreen, the other language "Starting Windows" text very big, very ugly.

Solution: bootscreen remove "Starting Windows" text for other language

update all previous-version ICONs to win7style

Problem: Bill Gates: We'll Use the Ribbon/Fluent User Interface across Windows 7.
But why only the Paint and WordPad?
He forget Windows PowerShell ISE and some application.

complete remove Windows Mail from Windows 7

Problem: Now Windows Mail already can't start. It's already unsupported in win7.
But it's still remain on the win7 (\Program Files\Windows Mail\).

If you go to the \Program Files\Windows Mail\ folder, you'll still find (more...)

Solution: Complete remove Windows Mail from Windows 7
Please delete WinMail.exe (It can't run)
If other files very important, please move other files to system32 folder. Don't put them in \Program Files\Windows Mail\ folder.

Stand-alone Pin Recycle Bin to Taskbar

Problem: Currently, Recycle Bin was Pinned of the Windows Explorer Jumplist.
It is very unhandy. Because the Recycle Bin is a frequently used module.
But put on desktop often covered with other window...

Solution: Stand-alone Pin Recycle Bin to Taskbar (default).
With not show Recycle Bin icon on desktop (default).
Of course, you can Unpin this Recycle Bin from taskbar.
