netlimiter pro 2

Problem: Net limiter pro 2 only can install with the compatibility with windows xp service pack 2.
But when O power on the coimputer it restarts all time.

Problem: Hi,
The notepad can be a hexadecimal editor or code developer such as notepad ++ or UltraEdit.

It is a recommendation, because of this we would not have to purchase software outside of Microsoft.
